This review is of a meal I had tonight 25/5/2013 From Navenby Chinese take away. Tonight I thought I would try out Fried crispy chilli chicken as I had wanted to try it for a while and thought lets go for it tonight. It sounded really nice from the description and I was very much looking forward to it. So I got the food and when I opened it I was a little disappointed as it seemed to resemble the awful meal I had several years ago ​from a different Chinese (kites of Waddington) that I nicknamed sweaty armpit chicken. I thought well i'm not going to instantly write it off so tried some. The smell was very off putting and thinking of it now it's making my stomach turn. The chicken wasn't enjoyable at all. There was to much sauce on it and the smell was overpowering. The smell is what I can only describe as sweaty armpit and I only managed to eat maybe half of the meal. My brother (not an eater) tried some of the chicken and agreed it was very poor.
